  This plan was written by Eric Zahn and was approved by the LCWA board in August 2007. It offers insight into the work that needs to be done on this land in order to better prepare for restoration.
• Proposed 2006 CWA Section 303(d) List of Water Quality Limited Segments
  This document shows that the Los Cerritos Channel is to be included on a list of water bodies that must comply with Total Maximum Daily Load regulations.
• Circulation and Physical Processes within the San Gabriel River Estuary During Summer 2005
  This is a study of some of the physical aspects of the San Gabriel River near where it empties into the Pacific Ocean (near the Los Cerritos Wetlands).
• Plant Community and Sediment Development in two Constructed Salt Marshes in Long Beach, California, by Melissa Apodaca
  This thesis report was done from 2003-2006 and focused on several sites within the Los Cerritos Wetlands Complex.
